Every game, survey and offer shows its reward in points before you start, with the dollar value next to it. 1,000 points = $1.00, and that rate is the same whichever gift card you choose.

Points have no cash value until you redeem them.

Games (reach a milestone in a mobile game, such as a player level), surveys, and a short list of featured offers we review by hand. You can also earn from daily check-in bonuses, referrals, team events and battles.

Once a day, collect your check-in bonus from the Bonus page (or the banner on Games). Collecting on consecutive days builds a streak, and each day of the streak pays more. The amount for every day is shown on the Bonus page.

Miss a day and your streak starts over at day 1. Check-in bonuses go straight to your available balance, with no waiting period.

When a partner reports that you completed something, your points are credited right away as pending. They move to your available balance after a holding period (usually 3 days for games and offers, and 14 days for surveys) while the partner can still confirm or reverse it. Each reward’s release date is shown in your Wallet.

Featured offers don’t report completions automatically. After you finish a step, tap Claim and add 1 to 4 screenshots that show it’s done, like the confirmation screen or your account page. A person on our team reviews them, and approved claims are added straight to your available balance. Only our team can see your screenshots, and we delete them 12 months after review.

$5.00 for every cashout method: Global Gift Card, PayPal, Venmo.

You give your full name, and the email address (Global Gift Card, PayPal) or US mobile number (Venmo) to send it to, when you cash out.

We send every cashout by hand, usually within 2 business days. Some get a quick extra check first, which can take a little longer. Your Wallet shows the status of each request, and we email you when it’s sent.

A Global Gift Card arrives by email from GoGift. PayPal and Venmo cashouts go straight to the account you name.

Verify your email address (we send a link when you sign up, and you can resend it from the banner in the app) and verify your phone number. This protects your balance and keeps fraud off the platform.

If you’re in the United States and your cashouts reach $600.00 in a calendar year, we’ll need a W-9 tax form before sending more.

The most common reasons are: the requirement wasn’t met exactly or within the time limit; the app was installed on your device before; the offer wasn’t opened with the Play button on Volcano Rewards; a VPN, proxy or ad blocker interfered with tracking; or the partner simply hasn’t reported it yet.

Some partners take up to 72 hours to report a completion.

Wait 72 hours, then email support@volcanorewards.com with the offer name, when you started it, and screenshots showing you met the requirement. We’ll chase it with the partner.

Partners can reverse a completion after it’s reported, usually because their own fraud checks failed or a purchase was refunded. When that happens, the points for that offer are removed.

Anyone 18 or older. One account per person.

Partners choose which countries and devices each offer runs on, so what you see depends on where you are and what phone you use. New offers are added regularly.

Using a VPN or proxy to change your location will get completions rejected, and can get your account closed.

Share your invite link. Your friend gets 250 points when they sign up with it. You get 1,250 points once they’ve earned 5,000 points from real activity (games, surveys or offers).

A battle is a 1-v-1 race on a featured game. The points you earn from that game’s milestones during the battle are held until it ends. The first player to reach the target wins both players’ held points. If nobody reaches it in time, each player gets their own points back.

On days your balance changes, we send one short email in the morning: points that cleared, new rewards, cashouts, and how close you are to cashing out. Days with no changes send nothing, and it never contains ads.

To stop it, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any summary, or switch it off under Email on your profile. Password resets and other emails you ask for still arrive.

Email support@volcanorewards.com from the address on your account and we’ll delete it. Cash out any balance first; unredeemed points are forfeited when an account is deleted.
